FWSC Registration Has Moved to a New System

Challenge registration is now open in FWSC’s new registration platform, and all programs for next season will use this new system.

During this transition, FWSC is temporarily using two systems. Please select the correct option below.

Important: All families must create a new account in the new system. Previous account information will not transfer.

Why FWSC is making this change

FWSC is moving to a new registration platform to create a cleaner, more modern experience for families and administrators. Rather than carry over outdated or incomplete information, we are starting fresh with updated family and player records for all future registrations.

How to get started

1. Click the new registration link

Use the new system for Challenge registration and future programs.

2. Create your parent account

All families will create a new account in the new system.

3. Add your player(s)

Enter player details carefully, including birthdate and contact information.

4. Complete registration

Submit registration and save your login information for future use.

Helpful Tip: We recommend using the same email address you used in the old system for consistency.

Why do I need a new account?
We are starting fresh in the new system so all family and player records are accurate and up to date.

Will my information transfer from the old system?
No. Previous account and registration data will not transfer into the new system.

Do I need to do anything in the old system for next season?
No. All upcoming registrations will happen in the new system.

I already registered before. Do I need to register again?
Yes. Registration in the old system does not carry over for next season.

Challenge registration is open now. Other programs will also open in the new system as they are released.
